The Darling Home for Kids is a state-of-the-art pediatric hospice and respite care home situated on a peaceful 77-acre woodlot along the Niagara Escarpment in Milton, Ontario. Designed to feel like home, our seven-bedroom facility accommodates up to 12 children for overnight care and provides welcoming spaces where families can relax, connect, and create meaningful memories together.
Specialized clinical and therapeutic spaces, including a Snoezelen room, hydrotherapy room, and dedicated medical support areas, ensure children receive comprehensive, individualized care. Outdoor amenities such as walking trails, a playground, therapeutic gardens, and natural green spaces offer opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and connection with nature.
By providing wrap-around care and support, we bridge the gap between hospital and home, easing the burden on families while helping reduce pressure on healthcare resources.
