Fostering new opportunities for youth to become involved with The Darling Home for Kids is always top of mind. #Youth4DHK is a group committed to helping the children and families who access services offered by The Darling Home for Kids. This program merges volunteerism and fundraising while providing youth a unique opportunity to gain new skills in the areas of leadership, teamwork, accountability, and self-confidence. Through the program, youth have the opportunity to connect with their peers, be a positive advocate in support of DHK, gain valuable experience, and give back to their community.
By joining #Youth4DHK, participants are committing to make a difference by raising funds, volunteering and sharing our Home with friends and family. Participants will gain valuable skills and experience while being supported by our staff along the way. From setting up a personal fundraising page, to zoom check-ins to share ideas and tips between participants, #Youth4DHK will be an engaging and rewarding experience for all.

Commitment
- Choose The Darling Home for Kids as your charity of choice for 2022
- Commit to fundraise a minimum of $100 in support of DHK in 2022
- Volunteer a minimum of 10 hours with DHK (virtual opportunities available)
- Be a positive advocate in support of DHK
