The Darling Home for Kids accepts VISA, MasterCard, Cash and Cheques.
Cheques can be addressed to "The Darling Home for Kids". In accordance with Canada Customs and Revenue Association guidelines, gifts by any of the above means in excess of C$15.00 will be issued a Charitable Tax unless otherwise requested.

Donate Your Hbc Rewards® Points
Donate points you have already accumulated
Send an email to Hbcrewards@hbc.com and state the number of points you would like to donate to The Darling Home for Kids. Be sure to include your Hbc Rewards® Number (located on the front of your card) and The Darling Home for Kids' Public ID Number (2647439). A confirmation email will be sent to you, verifying the transaction.
Donate your Hbc Rewards® points on an ongoing basis
Visit Hbc's Community Donation Page and type in your Hbc Rewards® Number and search for a community organization in which to donate your points ("The Darling Home for Kids").

Workplace Giving
Payroll Deductions
Inquire whether your company allows for payroll deductions and have your donations designated to The Darling Home for Kids. This can be done through the United Way by providing them with our registered charity name and number (The Cedarbrook Society - Charitable No. 88852 4840 RR0001)
Corporate Matching Gifts Program
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. These companies match their employee's donations to their favourite charity.
Gifts-in-Kind
Donors may choose to make contributions in the form of building materials, or trade expertise for the Home or auction items for one of our Signature Events.
Donate Your Universal Child Care Benefit
To donate your Universal Child Care Benefit ($100 a month received from the government for each child under six), take the following steps:
Request a void cheque from The Darling Home for Kids
Upon receipt of your next benefit payment, complete the direct deposit form indicating your preference to direct deposit your benefit into the account on the void cheque sent to you by The Darling Home for Kids.
Mail the voided cheque and form to the UCCB office.
