Whole Foods Market 3rd Fundraising Dinner
The theme of our dinner is local/harvest/Italian family style service, quite the mouthful! We will be selling tickets for $50 for the evening with the proceeds being donated to Darling Home for Kids
The Wednesday dinner will kick off Whole Foods Market's 30th Birthday celebration. Whole Foods Market will provide the items required for the dinner such as tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, etc. Our staff will also be on hand for set up, serve during dinner and clean up. Our kitchen will also be available to visiting Chefs for last minute preparations of your dish. Whole Foods Market will also provide promotional support through our website, facebook & twitter accounts. Tickets will be sold at Whole Foods Market.
Each participating restaurant is responsible for providing 50 servings of a particular course of the dinner. We are envisioning a family style serving at long harvest tables, courses should include appetizer, soup (hot or cold), main and dessert. At present only the main course has been claimed by Jonathan’s of Oakville. We encourage our restaurant partners to promote the day through your organization to maximize the donation to Darling Home for Kids.
Our first two dinners sold out in just a few days and we are hoping for the same result this year. Please feel free to contact France Fournier for details on how you can participate.
